The Cut Bar is one of London's most popular theatre bars and restaurants.
Set within the Young Vic’s award winning building and minutes from Tate Modern, Old Vic Theatre, Southbank and Southwark and Waterloo Stations. Over two floors the stylish, buzzy bar and open-air terrace host an eclectic crowd of theatregoers, artists, suits and locals.
An inspired mix of classic and original play-themed dishes create an exciting menu from fresh, free-range and organic ingredients. The Bar is open from 9am till late.
Our specials evolve with the season at the Young Vic. Mostly authentic, always playful; specials reflect geographical, ethnic or textual themes.
For the early birds, sweet and savoury muffins, croissants, cakes and pastries are baked here every morning. Our spicy plantain balls with pickle and cashew cream are a new favourite while the famously fabulous burgers are as good and exciting as ever.
Drinking in The Cut is an all day affair. Wake up with Nude Espresso and relax with Tea Pigs whole-leaf tea.We select continental and world beers with Germany's Nr. 1 premium pilsner Krombacher our latest addition. We stock a great wine cellar. Award winning Cantina Terlano and California's Parducci are the current highlights.
Our London driven cocktails are executed to the highest order with fresh fruits and the finest spirits from across the world and UK. We are proud to present a unique and thrilling drinks menu suitable for diners, drinkers and loungers.
